St. Nicholas came on Dec 5th to our house! I know I've already explained it all last year but for a quick reminder.. "St. Nick is a German tradition where you set out your shoe under the tree on Dec. 5th and St. Nick comes and either leaves a little gift in your shoe or coal. If you get coal you know that you have a few weeks to shape up and be good so you can get a persent from Santa." Growing up this was one of my favorite traditions we did during the holiday season! Now that we have Jackson its fun to see him get excited about what came in his shoe. He doesn't get the story yet but its still fun to see him get excited. This year all of us got socks and a Disney movie. My sister found a great website that sales Disney movie for $8.50 each but to get free shipping you have to spend over $60. So we have seven movies coming for Christmas and I thought it would be a good idea to have the elf bring a couple early! Jackson also got a dvd of Little Einstein's. He loves that show and ask to watch it every day!
