Its about time she got Married!

I was so excited to see my best friend get sealed in the Salt Lake City temple this past month! Lisa looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL and the day went perfect! I never thought I would meet a guy that I thought was worthy of marring my lil's sister but I was proven wrong when I met Reed! Reed is wonderful and I couldn't be happier that Lisa was able to marry him. I know Lisa and myself were very lucky to marry such amazing guys. I was so happy to be able to see Lisa and Reed Sealed for time and all eternity. I know that there is no better place to get married then the temple of the Lord. The feeling of knowing you are with your best friend for eternity is a joy I can't explain!
Lisa's and Reeds reception was a blast as well. Throughout the day I was able to get to know one of Lisa's friends from St. George a little bit better. Nicole and I were both in the wedding party so we were together the whole day. Nicole is one of the sweetest, funniest girls I've met. At the reception we took our share of the Italian Soda Bar. If alcohol was in the drinks we would have been wasted haha I think Ross was a little embarrassed but that's ok.

GO UTAH!!!! Wait BYU????

For any of you that don't already know, Ross and I have a problem agreeing when it comes to choosing the "right" school. I bleed RED and Ross bleeds blue.. When it come to the end of November you could say our marriage becomes a little rocky! Ross is better then me, he will cheer for Utah when they are not playing BYU.. Me well I hate BYU and it killed me to attempt to cheer for them in Vegas. Ross and his family said I couldn't go if I didn't cheer for them! haha One day when we move from He**, oh wait Provo I will make Ross become a Utah fan! Its just not right to be a BYU fan! One on-going disagreement is what team our kids will cheer for! I already have it solved :) I'm the mom and will dress the kids from birth in Utah stuff, They will never be seen in ugly BYU blue! I know people say you need to let your kids make their own decision but NOT when comes to this!
Anyway that was just a little intro for my blog! One gift that my sweet mother gave us was BYU and UTAH blankets! I love them so much, I thought they need there own blog lol They are huge and I know they took her a long time to make! In one picture notice what my funny (NOT) mom thought would be a good idea. I love her anyway and am so grateful that she is my mom!

Not funny!!

Christmas!

We went down to St. George for Christmas this year and it was wonderful. We started off the week by heading to Vegas to watch BYU's football beat... Um.... I forgot who they played oops! (Sorry Ross) Anyway the game was fun and exciting but very very windy and freezing. Who would have guessed that Vegas could get that cold. I froze during the whole game and lets just say happy for it to be over :) The rest of the week was full of play games, shopping, making gingerbread houses, making candy and watching Bones! We were spoiled from both our families this Christmas. One gift that Ross parents gave us that I am especially excited for was a Web Cam. Its a camera thing that sits on your computer and you can see each other and talk back and forth! Its going to be great when we move away!
